Printout Markup Round Robin

Printout of spread, peer critique. Trade prints, mark up print.
What inspiring spreads are you looking at?

Print out your project to pdf. Print out those pages which will fit comfortably on 8.5″ x 11″ on 8.5″ x 11″ paper: your case study pages, your magazine cover page.

Print out your magazine spread page to 11″ x 17″.

We will do a ’round robin’. You will markup, on the prints, comments and corrections on other’s project printouts. Leave your name with each comment.

Considerations:

Is the body copy the appropriate font?

Is the body copy at an appropriate point size?

Margin, page number.

Composition, color, scale considerations.

Is the body copy still Lorem Ipsum (placeholder?) if so, what existing article would improve this?

Are drop caps being used as per style guide?

Does this match the existing layout grid of the magazine?
